House rules- Please note you'll need to submit your STUDENT ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after confirming your booking. - We do not allow pets in the building. - We do not allow smoking in the building. - No parties allowed on site. - Keep noise levels low after 10 pm. - Passport or STUDENT ID and credit card can be requested at check-in, alongside their rightful owners (if in-person check-in). - Request for STUDENT ID, Passport to be sent via email or booking platform if self-check-in. - Everyone’s health and safety are of the utmost importance, you must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. - We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. - Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment. - We do not permit short-stay bookings to bring other guests onto the property. - For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - Jun 30th and Sept 1st - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy. - For bookings with checkin between July 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (July 1st – Aug 31st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving. - We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, we will be unable to complete the check-in, and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy. - All photos, floor plans, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and indicative purposes only. - The actual allocated unit may vary slightly depending on its position within the building. - Guests of all ages are welcome, though anyone under 18 MUST BE accompanied by an adult. Just a heads-up: the space ISN'T CHILD-PROOFED and is designed more with student and young-professional living in mind, so it may be less suited to little ones.
